Becoming a yoga instructor has not only helped deepen my own practice but also strengthened the many ways that the practice inspires my life. I love to teach yoga as a way to grow our sense of self-awareness and to quiet and still the mind, while increasing our energy.
My personal practice strives for balance between strength and flexibility in physical challenges. I believe in taking emotional issues from our lives and working them out on the mat. Through mindful movement we can relieve the stress of our daily lives.
I have been coaching and helping clients find their way to a healthy & happier life for many years online with with my online course called 10-weeks to HAPPY.
It's a blessing to be able to incorporate some face to face support with teaching yoga classes too. Along with my husband, Jim Croft (he is a massage therapist), I also own and operate Polished Dental Hygiene Clinic where we enjoy helping clients with their oral hygiene and Pembina Massage Therapy where I love to help people balance their Qi with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.
